waitin' for a flood?
so today I left the house around 3 to run errands. returned home around 5 to find my basement flooded. looks like someone forgot to blow out their sprinkler system... anyway, i think i got the problem under control and grandpa's foot locker from ww2 is not completely destroyed. i am such a loser.

I think this is some conspiracy between the sprinkler and plumbing industry. Why can't they make systems that don't blow out and flood? I've got a 20 year old system that doesn't need to be "blown out" every year and when the sprinkler people come to work on it they say I need to upgrade to a more effiecient system. I tell them it works fine, no blow outs. They just want to charge the $75 per system for the blow out.
